Skills / Experience Required -- 
    -     They need to understand and be good at reporting
          services but also to some degree integration services. 
    -     SQL Server 2005 
    -     Senior developers of SSIS, SSAS & reporting service
    -     Net applications.
    -     Need to speak English well.
    -     Four-year college degree required. Masters degree in IT
          or related field preferred.
    -     Minimum of 3+ years experience in SQL BI development
*    Ability to maintain excellent colleague and client 
      relationships.
*    Familiarity with risk and quality management.
*    US working permit
*    Must be able to succeed in various work environments,
      including the ability to work well in any client's culture
      and with multi-cultural team members

Roles / Responsibilities
*    Dev lead & must be a team player to work with teams
      offshore.
*    Communicate with client and understand their business
      requirements
*    Ability to write functions specs and other necessary doc
      with business owners.
*    Design architecture
*    Prototype
*    Coding  
*    Troubleshooting or participate problems solving and
      initiating corrective action.
