Onsite and Offshore Engagement Models

ISW offers development services using an onsite and offshore engagement model that combines onsite (client facilities) and offshore (one of our development centers) to deliver service to meet the client's requirements. Our established communication and project management structure between the onsite and offshore teams maximizes the effectiveness of this delivery model.

We emphasize effective project management throughout the entire project. For the onsite teams, we utilize experienced locally hired project managers. For offshore teams, we leverage Chinese project managers.

The onsite and offshore engagement model enables clients get the best of both worlds. Onsite teams perform client coordination, requirement analysis, design specifications, prototyping, project reviews, change management, user acceptance testing, training, and final delivery. Offshore teams focus on the finalized design specifications for development. Clients receive high quality work at a significant cost savings.
