Onsite Engagement Model
ISW offers clients a 100% onsite delivery model that locates the entire development team at the client's facilities for the duration of the project. This delivery model enables us to work closely with the client's designated project teams. All Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) steps are performed at the client's facilities which include:
• Project Planning and Project Management
• Requirement Analysis
• System Requirement Specifications and Finalizing Scope
• Design and Development
• Testing and Documentation
• Delivery and Implementation
• User Acceptance Testing and Sign-off
We also offer clients on-going support and maintenance services performed at the client's facilities.
We recommend the Onsite Engagement Model when the project involves:
• Security, confidentiality, or legal concerns are involved
• Client's project environment cannot be emulated properly at offshore sites
• Remote connectivity to client's systems (through dedicated connections, VPN, etc) is not possible
• Implementation of enterprise-wide applications such as ERP, CRM, and SCM (Portions of the development work and customizations can still be performed offshore)
• Project timelines require immediate development
• Business analysis and project management consulting services are required by the project, which involve extensive user interaction
