Designed over 200 websites for a Japanese B2B company in one month. Achieved a W3C standard test score of 70+; and 100% error-free since launch.
Client Description: As a joint venture of NTT-DATA, Microsoft and HP-Compaq in Japan, our client deals with building up electronic commerce (EC) systems, providing B2B electronic commerce solutions and software development service.

Project Characteristic:
·Knowledge Field: HTML, JAVA Script
·Technique: Team members must be able to support the following OS: Windows95, 98, Me, 2000, XP and Mac OS; and browsers: IE 6.0, Netscape 7.0 or up. They must also be able to draw Japanese maps as required.
·High Capability: Tested the capability of the websites as client's requirements, and passed W3C standard test with 70 or up.
·Communication Skill: An extremely high level of Japanese was required. All members of the team had to be able to complete all the files and reports in Japanese and communicate with the client in Japanese.
·Management Skill: Our client updates HTML design instruction manual aperiodically. We followed the updated manual strictly, discussed and solved the emergent problems with the client on time.
Project Difficulties:
·Huge work load: The goal was to create 200 websites per month with about 7 pages per website.
·Limited time: Every website must be finished within 3 days. We only had 1 day to write the code, since the communication time spent before coding.
·High quality requirements: Must pass W3C standard test with 70 or up.
Solution: We communicated with the client via email and telephone on time.
Result: The project was completed successfully. We won the satisfaction and trust of this client and another similar project starts in September.
