Management Team

ISW has a strong international management team that has rich overseas work experience. They are proficient in international business customs and overseas cultures. Moreover, the majority of our employees have good English and Japanese communication skills.

Eric Kong Lee

President & CEO

Eric brings international business experience and technical expertise to ISW. He worked for Oracle in Asia Pacific as Director of Enterprise Accounts prior to joining ISW. Before Oracle, he worked for Lucent Technologies in Asia Pacific, and held senior Business Development positions in China, Australia, the Philippines and Malaysia. In 1998, with full scholarship from Lucent, he earned an MBA degree from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. From 1995 to 1997, he lived in Moscow and was in charge of AT&T's mobile business in Russia. Eric started his professional career at AT&T Bell Laboratories in Naperville, USA and continued his career at the EMEA headquarters of AT&T in the Netherlands. Eric graduated with a master degree "Cum Laude" in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Eindhoven University of Technology, the Netherlands.

Joe Jin

Vice President

Mr. Jin, Vice President of North America Operations, is responsible for driving ISW's business and operations inroads in North America market. Joe has over 21 years of software product development and offshore outsourcing management experience. As one of the pioneers in US-China outsourcing arena, Joe co-founded Double Bridge Technologies, Inc., a leading IT outsourcing company in Sino-US market place, where he served as VP of Operations and President of Asia Pacific. Joe held key project delivery and directorship positions in managing multi-million dollar accounts at ONEWORLD Software Solutions and The Thomson Corporation. The single project size under his direct technical management was over $17 million (www.saegis.com, Thomson Corp. MBDI, 1997-1998). Joe holds an MS in Electrical, Computer and System Engineering from Boston University, a MEng from Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a BS in Space Physics from Beijing University.

Itazawa Daisuke

Vice President

Mr. Itazawa Daisuke has rich experiences and achievements in market development, management consulting in the field of international trade and IT management.  As the Secretary General of the Japan Kansai-Shandong Friendship Association, Mr. Itazawa is closely connected with the Japan Kansai Economical Federation and the Japanese Osaka Business Labor Conference. Mr. Itazawa has also made the tremendous contributions for economic and trade cooperations between Shandong and Japan. Mr. Itazawa drives the strategic business development initiatives for Japan.

GuangYing Gao

Assistant President

Mr. GuangYing Gao, graduated from LanZhou University in 1989 majored in Electronic Engineering with a Bachelor Degree.  He has held numerous general management positions in the Systems Integration Division of Inspur Group and covered marketing and sales functions in several verticals, including Communications, Manufacturing and Media, etc. Mr. Gao manages the Jinan office as Assistant President of Inspur Worldwide Services Ltd.

Min Zhang

Assistant President

Mrs. Zhang is an MBA graduate from Asia International Open University (Macau). She has held general management positions in numerous Japan owned corporations, including joined venture companies involving Hitachi Manufacturing, Mitsui Ship Building and Casio, and the software division of Inspur Group. Mrs. Zhang is in charge of the Tokyo and Qingdao offices as Assistant President in Inspur Worldwide Service Ltd.
