Letter from the president

With over 3 million college graduates every year, and an annual increase of over 21% p.a., China has the building blocks to grow and achieve its position as a major supplier of software outsourcing services in the international market. In recent years, the software outsourcing industry in China grew at a rate of 35% p.a. Already, China has 6% of the world's R&D and is growing at the highest rate.

We here at ISW are excited to be operating in such a dynamic environment and to be able to leverage our capabilities to help our worldwide customers reduce expenses, reduce risks and meet schedule commitments. Since the foundation of Langchao ISW, we have made international software outsourcing our core competency and after years of outperforming the market we have emerged as one of the market leaders.

      -ISW has a pool of over 2,000 experienced software
       engineers in INSPUR Group, which we can draw upon as
       required.

       More than 10% of ISW's outsourcing staff has international
       working experience in USA, Europe, Japan, and other
       countries.
      -ISW strongly believes that communication skills are 
       paramount in the success of our projects, and have project
       teams who are fluent in Japanese and English
      -ISW's management team has over 8 years of proven high 
       quality outsourcing project delivery experience.
