Inspur Worldwide Services Ltd. (ISW) is a leading IT outsourcing services provider in China. In September of 2001, Inspur Group, one of China's Top 3 IT services providers in China, founded its Overseas Division of software outsourcing business. In order to promote Inspur's competences in the global market, the Overseas Division was merged with ISW, which was founded in February 2003.

ISW focuses on its core business of software outsourcing in the following sectors: general IT outsourcing services, software product development, migration and testing, BPO, and data entry service. ISW has established business presence in the fields of communication, transportation, petroleum, publishing, manufacturing, finance, pharmaceutical, electric power, commercial businesses, taxation, and government sector.

ISW has enjoyed a tremendous growth for past 4 years. ISW has augmented its core competences through organic growth, mergers and acquisitions.
